Guys, I am looking for a change in my job. Hope someone can help out.

Currently I am working as an Operations Manager in a BPO. I have over 9 years of experience in BPO operations and have also worked in related functions like training, hiring, etc. during my tenure.

Looking for a similar opening in either Bangalore or Chennai.

A friend is looking for Technical writers'. I am not too sure if some of us know the profile of technical writing, but it is interesting.

Compared to the kind of job openings mentioned in the thread, this may not be as classy. Anyone who maybe intersted please let me know.

The catch is: couple'a rounds of interviews, gruelling interviews

, both on the language and technical abilities (telecom).

I am looking for a SharePoint 07/.NET guru -- a person who can literally walk on water and rip SharePoint inside out to create something meaningful.

A person who would like to be thrown a challenge and then go about creating something new.

The role would be that of a TechLead in my organizations CIO's office. Based out of Bangalore and would get a chance to create something on SharePoint platform that has NOT yet been done anywhere else.

Experience: 4-6 years in .NET/SharePoint technologies

My better-half is looking for a HR position. She has close to 6 years work experience in HRM, on-boarding and other related HR functions. She is currently seeking a position of a Asst. HR Manager or the like in a good organization. Preferred location would be Pune.

Appreciate your leads in this regard.

1. Compensation & benefits manager BRIC countries - For a giant in the data storage space. Bases in bangalore

2. director engineering healthcare practice - for an software development MNC based in Bangalore.

3. National sales manager (printers) - For a client based in Delhi.

let me know if any one has prior experience in any of the above.
