Had been to Pashan lake last week - spotted some good birds ( of the flying type )there -

No significant story. Was trying hard to figure my way out in Pune while i saw this. You are the only Rudra i could think of and so, here it is. The joint looked more like a place where you get chilled bear. So didn't venture further.

nice pics.did you go for that boat ride....maid of the mist of something like that.and did you also go walking beneath the falls.thats an amazing experience

Hey rev, the maid of the mist operations were closed due to winter. Even the lower deck for viewing the falls was closed because there was snow all over. It was a freezing -5 C that day. Add wind chill to that and it felt like -12 C!
I intend to do the boat ride and the walk in summer though. But yea, even in winter the falls had their own beauty.

@rehaan: Though am no expert to comment on ur pics, I thought many of them were impressive. My favs would be that black and white edited version of the go kart and that Grand Canyon one ( It is Grand canyon rite!)
