I think this is the best I have seen from your trip so far, I am sure there are many more waiting for PP. The snakes are covered in sandalwood cream right ? Correct me if I am wrong.

Here is my next one from the same temple. I am already at the exit, this one I wanted more of the little girl, but couldnt get it. I think people remain here for fraction of a second. Another reason to upgrade the body with a faster focus and higher shutter count !

Thanks Shaju . More to come as I process them. No idea about the snakes being covered with sandalwood paste or not.

Thanks Clevermax. You'll see a leaf from me soon .

After the temple, we moved to Sri Ramana Maharshi's Ashram which is very close to the Arunachala. Love this place and the ambience here. Most people come here to sit and meditate and enjoy the beauty of Arunachala. The most important of the questions that Sri Ramana Maharshi urged the people who visited him, was to ponder upon "Who am I?". Sri Ramana Maharshi used to sit there in silence and most people would be around him meditating and supposedly they go their answers. Now, we see a lot of people sitting around his samadhi and meditate upon the same question. So, here are couple of my photographs that are dedicated to the question and feeling.

One is of a disciple meditating and the other is of two disciples reading a book (symbolic for me about finding the answer to the question).

Boston Skyline

Last weekend I went to Boston to meet my old college friends - a small reunion.
This one is a panorama of multiple shots taken handheld from the bank of Charles river - in front of MIT.

I couldnt spot the temple, if you round it in red ink, that would be easy .

Now here is my pick from the Ramana Maharshi Ashram:

Techno! wow!
Even I feel the same in my office PC. (Lenovo 17 inch TFT) Pictures are a bit more saturated that what I see in my laptop monitor with Trulife
May be you can reduce the overall saturation in your display card properties to make it look better.

But some pictures in this page are a bit over saturated (unni's and HW's)

@shaju: liked the coffee cup pic
@TG: The sky has your signature
