Re: The Official non-auto Image thread

@Fazal
Yes, the Mark 2 is decent in low light. But to me that is more of a video camera though. I have done direction of photography and cinematography work where the tool of expression were Mark 2 cameras. Gotta love that camera!

Exposure 0.006 sec (1/160)
Aperture f/9.0
Focal Length 120 mm
ISO Speed 400

Wow
it took me some time to realize what it is.. first I thought that the trees appear blurry because of some hot exhaust gas going up. then realized that it is water and the photo is rotated. After rotating my display, It took another good look to figure out the size of the building and from how far you've clicked this..

Some of your pics are puzzles!

I was trying to understand how this pic was taken. Then got a hint from clevermax post. Great Perspective TG.

Regards,
Thanks Fazal Saab. Any tips on how this could have been made better?

It was taken at
ISO-200
F 4
1/30 Sec

Would it have been better with higher ISO and smaller aperture?

Hey MC, I'm no expert here. I liked the first and last. First one can be bit more darker else green, may be a contrast correction would help.

Whats this?

Clicked expression of my son while he got a moth sitting in his palm. He was very careful not to hurt or make it fly away . Shaju, I tried to maintain eyelevel in this click!

It's a Saree Lens was zoomed in or out while exposing. (That's why I put the focal length as 150 ~ 210mm though the exif showed 210.)

Nice picture of your son - good expression in his face..!

Something is missing, probably contrast or sharpness. First and last would look very good, if you can take it through a proper PP.

to be honest, I didn't get the joke!

It's only after sometime we realized that there's an 'S' shape made by those brighter trails.
