I Was on a cruise ship on the 2nd floor. 4x Optical zoom was used.

hey Stratos, nice pic there.
How did you get the bird in focus. The A540 series usually is not good at BIF (bird in flight) shots coz its continuous focus is not good. I own a A610 and would like to know how to take such BIF shots?

This one looks better than the cropped version. The crop has a unreal feel to it, the original looks very real.
