Wonderful!!
How did you manage such awesome snaps on the move? Atleast the last one is surely taken on the move, not sure about the first two.

Yellow Rose. Shot at dusk time, when it was almost dark.

That's beautiful! The background color (bokeh) so beautifully gels with the foreground. What tool did you use to get the canvas paint finish?

I was going thru the gallery of one of my friends on betterphoto.com and came across a contest winner shot. While it is not exactly the same flower as what you took, but it still reminded me of your picture.

I know dusk is a tricky time with non existent light, but how about not using flash and shooting with available lighting! Here is the link.

The Official non-auto Image thread-6425574981_cbc165c39f_b.jpg

I took this photo at night while just walking around the garden randomly clicking around in the dark; no composition, no timing, no nothing. And the kicker in this, camera used=Symbian Mobile N8, default settings, default lighting, default flash. Who says one needs a camera, just a mobile phone.

Critique please?

PS: This has obviously been majorly scaled down and zero post processing.

/\ Very well done mate. Most budding photographers usually attempt water drops shots within the first year of their DSLR acquisition! I did too

Here's an attempt at a creative portrait of my son...

Good One. I visited the place but was too lazy to climb the top due to heavy sun.

Super, appreciate your patience.

Wishing everyone a super weekend. (Not sure whether this qualifies for Auto Image Thread)

Its in one of the filters of CS4. Canvas effect is kind of 'love me or hate me' tool, I like it because of my love for oil painting.

Goos shot sandsun. That shot would have required a LOT of patience.
