Wondered which bird this was, but I could always glimpse it very briefly, until I finally got a photo of it. It's the red-vented bulbul, sitting on the high branches of a jungle jalebi (Pithecellobium dulce) tree in front of my house. Didn't expect it in the urban jungle.  |

| Re: The Official non-auto Image thread tried a hand at capturing lightning last night. didn't go to the roof for the fear of getting zapped; was happy with the balcony       couple of them went out of focus because it was really dark and i wasn't getting anything to set the AF on. put it on MF and took the shots. |
