For hyd, that is like looking for a needle in the haystack.
Chutneys and Basil are the only 2 veg restaurants that I am aware of in the vicinity.

The Ohri's Chinese has some decent veg spread buffet if you keen to try it out.

Its very difficult finding a good Veg restaurant that has a buffet.

I can only think of Ohri's Jiva and Basil.

But its a bigger problem in the radius of 10 KM from your (and mine also) office. I know of few good pure veg restaurants but none in near-by areas.

Guys, you all are looking for veg restaurant and I have found no mention of KSHETRA at Khairatabad, behind the Fortune Ford showroom.
Very VFM restaurant with some nice veg. preparations and in dessert, the fruit salad with icecream is the best that i like.
Recently took mom, dad and wife there and the bill just came to around 600.
Good food, and good service, though a little slow, but very good ambience. Do give it a try , have been frequenting there since last 3 years.

If its veg restuarants that you guys are looking and area is not a problem, there are quite a bunch in secbad area ( within 2 kms radius from Paradise).

1. Utsav--Buffet
2. Belson's Taj---Buffet
3. Methi
4. Chilly ( 2 outlets in Paradise area)-- Buffet
5. Yatri Nivas

All above are pure veg restuarants and serve pretty good food.

If I have to drive all the way to paradise to reach one of these restaurants, I will instead prefer to go to Prem's at Abids (that is what I do).

I have never been to methi and Utsav. Pointers needed because I am paradise this saturday so I will try one them.

Utsav : This is enroute to Sec'bad club, it comes 100 meters before this club. Another landmark is right next to Lamba Theatre. This supposedly is the "BEST" veg restuarant in twin cities. It indeed used to be best, but offlate cannot say that. Mind you this is a bit expensive place. If you havent visited, then worth a visit.

Methi : This is right next to KFC in M.G Road ( Road from Paradise to Tank Bund). Another landmark, next to ramgopalpet PS

I have no qualms of admitting i used to be a regular there when i was a teenager.

Besides, NK, i think they wouldn't be of any interest to you since they show films of romance between opposite sexes
