drupal is just a content management system. kinda like vbulletin here , but a lot more flexible. custom modules, skins etc can be set up, and it is powerful and at the same time very newbie friendly

I agree with Sahil on this one. They're too good. Very creative, and willing to devote time to help you create a masterpiece website.

Alternatively, check out these firms. We've dealt with them, and can assure you of a stunning job. Designing is one part, and support another. These companies are good at both. Give them a shout.

Thats strange...it's a pretty well established firm so not sure why your org blocks them.

This site is blocked at my office too. Checked, it figures in a black list for phishing attacks.

So most large companies (that use Cisco PIX / ASA) will block it by default.

GTO, if you are impressed by that MTV layout, then that can be very easily achieved by Joomla templates too. I get the feeling that you are looking for a team who can do both custom coding and design. Am I right? Or are you trying to make do with existing solutions like vBulletin and maybe some CMS and then modifying that your taste?

I guess their expertise is more on the technical side rather than design. But have included in the shortlist. I could use them for process flow or the like.

Exactly what I am looking for. Though I'd love to use Vbulletin (know it inside out now!), I don't see a forum software fitting into my requirements.
