Hey dude for a budget of 20k you can go for a set of new HR or KC racing alloys. I think you'll get 15" for that kinda price.

Normally used alloys are in good conditions albeit some scratches. I have seen many people sell of their alloys only to go for a new one. So except for the odd scratch here or there nothing much. But still there might be that one or two cases where the wheels have been through hell and back.

Have a thorough check of the alloys. Look for any scratch or deep cuts on the rims. If there is any deep cut or chip then better to stay away as there is no way other that NDT to find out if the alloys are ok.

Hey Revtech, stay away from used alloys unless you are VERY VERY sure about the source.

If I were to buy wheels, i definitely would not want to buy my own used wheels forget some one else's. You really dont know what abuse it has been through.

To maximize the output from your budget get only 4 alloys and 4 tubeless tyres. Run the spare on the stock rim and a decent less wide tyre. if you are getting good alloys and tyres, you would never really need to change the tyre for a flat. and on the spare you would be able to do about 100km which should definitely get you to a decent tyre shop where you can do the repairs....

dude, i guess used alloys shouldnt be a problem at all...! Only thing to keep in mind is that the alloys should not have any cracks in them...! If it has cracked from any place... means they have to be replaced.!!

Dude, its better if you dont opt for used alloys. They are not at all advisable. Its better to pit in some more money and buy new ones instead.
As far as the pricing is concerned, the Eagle F1s will cost you 3200rs/tire.And the alloys should be between 3k-4k for 14" and 4k-5k for 15".So do the calculations.
You will have to stretch you budget to 30k minimum atleast.
