Does anyone have the contact details of any NGO in Bangalore who can do pickup of used clothes and toys?

Yes. There is an NGO called "Goonj".

Goonj works in the cold belt of India - in places like Bihar & UP. They collect & distribute clothes to people who can't afford it.

It has also won the 'Indian NGO of the Year Award' for it's governance & practices.
