You right. but there was some concern on floating the numbers in a public forum. So, that was not included.

That would be the practical thing to do. Nobody would like to share email and phone details in a public forum.

There are very valid concerns having mobile numbers, as well as email ids being made available on a public forum. They can be misused, and imagine the number of spammers who would have a field day with those email ids!
Hence it is wise not to have these on the xls.

With regards to organizing meets, we can always use the Meet threads, or else build up our own database of members whom we would like to keep in contact with. :)

The xls would help us to filter down to those who are near us, and we never even knew they were so close.
