I've never lived in Kerala for more than 3 weeks to a month, but my parents are from there.

Dad's from a small village called Vellapaya off of Thrissur city.
Mom was born in Allapuzha.

I do visit once in a while, have places in my village, a couple in Thrissur city (1 house in Ayanthole and one more house somewhere else, dad told me that the Josco house is on the same street)
I also have a nice little holiday home in Cochin opposite the palace.

Would love to meet up with fellow BHPians when I'm there, rather than getting bitten by bugs and meeting boring relatives.

I am Biju. Born at Karamattam which is ~15 km from Angamaly on the Angamaly-Mookkannoor-Athirappilly route, via the new bridge. Studied at Thabore, Mannuthy, Kalamassery (St. Paul's), TN and Karnataka. Have been in Pune from 2000 Jan after having worked at Indore and Nashik.

Like most NRKs would love to come back to Kerala sometime soon.

Well....i was born in Ernakulam, brought up in Aluva till i was about 6, then was in Kolkata for the next 6 years, came back to Ernakulam, studied in Erode and now settled in Bangalore for the past 6 years.

Myself Bobby, from Okkal (home town for most of the branded Kerala rice) about 3 Kms from Kalady and 8 Kms from Nedumbaserry airport on the banks of Periyar.. Now and NRK settled in Bangalore
