I should have put it better. My company does insist on it. Annually insisted but mandatory every two years. Since I was shaken by the fact that a 23 year old guy can have issues that I had earlier heard about in aged people, I was thinking if there was any measure that need to be taken.

And if I really have to describe my lifestyle, its more like YOLO - You only live once.

Re: Calling doctors/dentists/specialists on Team-BHP to provide free consultations

Any ortho docs out here??

The other day while doing skull crusher exercise in the gym the spotter just let go of the bar, resulting in me putting a lot of pressure on my right elbow.

It didn't ache and i could complete the workout but the next day my triceps, biceps on the right hand were crazy sore, post this my elbow ached very mild and i started getting some silly feeling of numbness and as on today thats four days post the day it happened i kinda feel funny in my right hand, like weak feeling.
As i type this i have a ache in my forearm, wrist and my fingers feel funny too.

What should i do to relieve this?
do i go to physio and have it stretched? I do not want to stop my workouts am OK with a weeks rest!

Please guide! is this anything to do with the ulnar nerve ?

Wife is suffering from neck, back & knee pain suddenly. Any good ortho recommendation would help, preferably in Gurgaon / Dwarka.

Folks, Need a help. Can you suggest any good physiotherapist (preferably a lady) for a colleague of mine? She needs a doctor who has a clinic or hospital near Sarjapur, Bangalore.

for the knee go to Dr. Rajgopal in Medanta, his manner is a bit curt, but he is very very good. Dr. Rajgopal is also HoD ortho, so he can call in a consult for the back. Let me know if you need help with the appointments or anything. I'm on post surgery follow ups with him and vouch for him.

for the back you can visit Dr. BS Murty/Dr. Bajaj in Max

Re: Calling doctors/dentists/specialists on Team-BHP to provide free consultations

I have a lot of pimples on my neck. Whenever I get a hair cut the barbers sometimes cut a pimple and it bleeds. They then rub the cut with a white stone. I am afraid I might get hepatitis C or similar due to this, incase it has been used on an infected person immediately prior to this. I try to avoid but I am usually taken by surprise.

What is the stone they use? Can I get serious infection due to it?

Pure Tea Tree oil is a very good and potent antiseptic. Apply it regularly for a month and your pimples should disappear.

@The Dude, I am not able to get a specific link but you can search the internet for "Benefits of Tea Tree oil" and you will get variety of information.

In India, it is a bit expensive (around 300 for 20-30ml). I usually buy it from amazon or ebay.

It is native to Australia and is available at lower prices there. If you have someone who is coming from Australia you can get it from there as well.

Have you tried changing your barber? The upscale ones don't use the white stone. And you can always ask the barber to use electric trimmers for the neck area to further reduce the risk of cuts.
