Santro Xing Auto for sale

As I am buying the new Baleno, I have run into a problem with parking spot. I have only one spot in my Flat complex, therefore I am thinking of selling my Santro Xing automatic.

Make: Santro Xing Automatic
Year: July 2003
Odometer: 14,000+
Other accessories: Sony MP3 player + 4 speakers, imitation leather seats.
Original price on road: Rs.4.85L
Condition: Excellent, well serviced.

Since I don't have parking spot I can't keep it in Bangalore for long. If it is not sold by this month, I will be taking it off the market and move it to my native place.

If you are interested, PM me or email me through the forum.

yeah lambo... but from the impression that i have of samurai, the car would be in almost new condition. Correct me if i am wrong...
If i were in the market for a brand new AT within 5L, and i get an almost brand new AT at a much lesser cost, i wont mind saving those extra bucks...

Based on some of the messages, I guess I should furnish further information.

Registration: Although this car was driven extensively in Bangalore, it was originally registered in Udupi (KA 20). This happened because the car was bought before I returned from USA and my wife purchased it while staying with her parents. She drove it six months and logged 2600KMs. Once I returned I brought it to Bangalore in Feb2004 and it turned 3000KMs during that trip. Since then I have driven 11,500 KMs. There is usually some concerns about cars registered in coastal area, rusts faster, etc. Personally I do not believe it applies to new breed of vehicles, however the image created by ambassador/Premier Padmini hardly goes away. Besides, it was there only for 6 months.

Insurance: Valid till July 2005

Color: Silver

Events: No accidents, except for the usual nicks and scratches from Bangalore traffic. The rear windscreen was shattered once by some flying object. Replaced it through dealer, insurance not claimed.

Mileage: With A/C, 9 KMPL in city, 14-15 KMPL in highway. I have never driven it without A/C, so don't know that figure.

One more thing. About the transfer of registration, the procedure is as given here, I only have to produce a clearance certificate from the Udupi RTO. Also, the car was bought by upfront payment, no finance option was used.

Thanks Ajmat, you can do that. However, since most people are free only during weekends, I am afraid it will be too late. My family is leaving for native town this Friday in the Baleno. I'l be back on Monday and then I'll drive the Santro to native town on Wednesday, and leave it there.

Probably because he started asking for quotes on unrelated threads. Funny, I just met him yesterday in TGIF.
