Scene in Goa right now?

a friend of mine leaving for Goa tomorrow morning. Got air tickets yesterday. Called a few hotels at Baga and they are waiting for him to come there!

Hey just back from Goa. Party scene is not that great lotsa restrictions etc. Places like Tito's was already open and after Sunburn started they have allowed Curlies etc. But I went only to Tito's which was a let down spent rest of the time at Caravella,etc. Its good/fun but not that great as it used to be.

Sunburn has been canceled for the last day. I don't understand these moronic organizers, they went to the officials, sought permission to organize the event and were given a set of rules (do's and dont's) based on which the permission to organize the event was granted. Then these guys went ahead and flouted the rules. The govt. officials who were monitoring the event immediately canceled the event (though on the last day). It seems there was some issue with the noise levels and a few other things.
