1. Frisson - got from Lifestyle Rs1000 only. Woody. Good enough for regular around the house use.

2. Brut - Rs600.

3. Small round container - Rs 75 - handmade, natural perfume, bought at a kiosk selling stuff from the North-east.

3. Coolwater.

4. JP Gaultier - Le Male. (amazing longevity - 8hrs+)


My next purchase could be Angel Men by Thierry Mugler (akhil's feedback has me tempted). Or else I might experiment with Attars for a while, and if its all good, then ditch perfumes forever.

Tempted to buy it again.

Being a very subtle fragrance, it settles very closely on the skin after 3-4 hrs and the only way someone can smell it is if they come close to you.
BUT that being said, it is still amazing, with those subtle rose notes.

Well to be honest, Angel Men and Lui Rochas are two of the fragrances that I would recommend to anyone that I converse with regarding perfumes.
If you are very close to buying one, I would advise to first get your hands on a bottle of Lui Rochas, since it is becoming increasingly rare and expensive to find.

As far as Angel Men goes, well it is the kind of fragrance that will force you to keep sticking your arm up your nose till the time the fragrance lasts on you (which is a very very long time).

Friends, need your advice on the following - For some, Deo / perfume fragrance seem to last the whole day and also it smells good even when they just pass by.

I have been using the following and have not noticed any of the above.
- Brut original. For last 1 year, Brut oceans
- Davidoff Cool Water

Is it to do with the Deo/Perfume I use or is it to do with how I apply them. I usually apply around neck and wrist and spray on dress too.

Any suggestions?

Titan has launched its range of perfumes. Good smell and not very expensive. Have got Nude for women and Skin for men. Both for under 2K [each] for 100ml.

Will update on how they are. Got one Lacoste Red as well, like that.

It can also have nothing to do with either of them. People's skin also reacts differently to similar products. You might see X perfume last more and project better when used by your friend and you might not be getting the same result.


Nothing to actually worry about. Body composition matters.

Some of my staples:

1. Armani Acqua di Gio Profumo: Everyday wear. Daytime fragrance. Lasts all day and never fails to bring me compliments. Good silage
2. YSL La Nuit d'lohmme : An Internet favourite and rightly so. Doesn't last very long and average projection, but the ladies love it.
3. Armani Code Profumo : Nightime party fragrance. Smells like dessert. Longest lasting with best projection. Smells a lot like 1 Million though .

Got this a while ago. Lasts for about 4 hours. After that I can smell it only if I bring my nose close to the wrist.

People do notice when I am wearing this perfume. But no one has complimented yet.

(Strangely it smelled better on my friend when he got it for himself. But he got his from abroad.)

Guys do you apply 1 spray per body part or 2 sprays each. Which is better?
