Hearing this I was pissed off. And looked like, the cop got super-irritated than me that he started shouting at this guy asking in which century was he living? And asked him to stop telling such illogical excuses!

With the rare occurrence of a traffic cop taking sides with a car owner, you should have actually given a hand signal on that biker's cheek... that would have brought him back to the present times

"AC or NO AC, if u mess with me or my car, you will get hand signal on your cheeks"

Dear Ajay,
Its Tibetian flag which people buy as a souvenir during their visit to Leh-Ladakh.
I dont see anything weird about this flag though.
