Pls try the 'Top4' services @ 'top4calldrivers.com'
They send only certified and background checked drivers.
Found and heared they are very professional and sensitive to our requirments, including language choices.
They also charge reasonalbly and provide an authenticated bill.
Didn't check if they send permanent drivers, though as my requirments were specific to few trips.
