I have used the the services of Girija Driving School (RR Nagar) even when I had an issue with interstate RTO transfer. He is extremely good at moving things along. Mr Patil Ph: 9886631172
Had a very positive experience with Pravin ( 98_458_29_100 ) in getting my NOC from KA01. Currently I am based at Pune. Sent all documents via courier to him and within 10 days got NoC. Very soft spoken. He seems to be quite busy so sometimes calls were missed, but progress happened in the background. Highly recommended.

I also have positive experience with Pravin, for FC and extension beyond 15 years. He does the work across many RTO offices in Bangalore. I dealt with him for KA03 and KA05 office work.

Absolute delight to deal with, Praveen helped in my DL renewal over the last few days. Kept me updated on the progress proactively and personally handed over the DL to me yesterday. Since my original DL was issued circa 2004, hence it was not digitised and had that extra step of backlog updation and then actual renewal. All done seamlessly, highly recommended.
I am in bit of a soup trying to get an NoC to transfer out my car from KA04 RTO. It seems it's online these days but my phone number can't be attached to RC due to name mismatch.
Could anyone help with documents needed to update phone number at RTO? Also, can NoC really be obtained online without an agents help ? Much appreciate any leads.

I am very pleased with Mr. Praveen's service. I needed to update the DL address and then get a IDP. I connected with a few agents to gauge how much they would charge. Mr. Praveen quoted 25-30% less than the other agents and remained true to his words during payment. He came to pick up the required documents, kept me informed throughout and delivered the new DL and IDP at my home. Highly recommended.
