Funniest answer/moment by/at Service center

Please use this thread to post your funniest experience in service center and/or funnest reason given my service adviser.

I experienced such incident twice at Kinetic Service center on Law college road, which is company owned center.

I had given my Flyte for the 1st service. After collecting it in evening, on the way back I was filling the tank and noticed fuel leakage. I called up at service station, after 15 mins two machanic came, without equipped. They towed it till service center, They asked me to come next day. Next day when I asked what was the problem, they told me the fuel tank was broken, it is replaced with new and not to topup the tank, otherwise fuel tank will break again.

2nd experience was, when my flyte's headlamp fused twice, they told me not to make sudden break, it causes headlight to go fuse.

Hero Honda service (authorised) centre on Paud Road (Automark Motors), Poona. Amongst the absolutely shameless explainations given to me by this MOST awful centre, this one takes the cake - At the 1st free service I complained that the rear brake is v weak, and hence its risky to ride the bike. The shoes aren't gripping the drum as they should. The explaination - saar, thats how it should be! If it grips any harder, it will wear out your tyres faster! Do you want to spoil the tyres so soon?

Re: Funniest answer/moment by/at Service center

Royal Enfield.

At a service center, where I needed to pick up a part for my bike.

Do you have a Rectifier?

What?
Rectifier.

There is nothing called that.

What do you mean?

There is no part by that name. What is the use of this part.

I explain and point it out in a bike parked there.

Do you mean the RR unit?

So I asked what is the full form of RR?

Blank stare.

Regulator Rectifier.

Our lives are stuck in abbreviations.
