the cop there asked her name
she said

finally he made her write her name

Hey nitrous,
The Mumbai PD was the 2nd best until 2003 after which they slipped to the 3rd position.I seen the new ratings on Ndtv-india a couple of months back.
1. Fbi
2. Scotland Yard Pd.
3. Mumbai Pd.

see i accept it that i have bribed them but the cops r corrupt since if they r not corrupt they would have put me into jail and confiscated my car for bribing them and for not possesing licence then i would say that they are not corrupt and i would have learnt my lesson. but they take bribes now if they do this not me anyone else will be of the view that if i break the law the cops will leave me if i bbribe them

Dude Im not talking aout you in particular but about people in general.They tend to behave like this and blame the copsfor being corrupt. If you offer a cop a bribe you are more at fault than he is for accepting it.
