2. Rename the Hindi Movies thread into Indian Cinema in order to incorporate discussion about other Indian regional language movies too.
My bad.
I'll request moderators to move movies 2,3 and 4 from my post to Pure Cinema thread. and keep 1 and 5 here.

A tale of two movies

This sunday was hectic.
First the wake up part. 8:30am we were up.. Now this is seriously early morning on a sunday.
Plan was to reach sector 18, pick up tickets for ICE age 3 (12:50) and then rush to Wave for 10:20 am showing of Hangover.
Due to long line at waves we missed the first 10 minutes.
Too bad,
But inspite of that the movie was very very enjoyable.
This movie has all kinds of humour. Crass, subtle, slapstick.
And the entire movie finishes too soon. You want it to go on and on.
Every moment of the movie is a surprise!
A must watch.

After that it was time for ICE age 3.
Since we had the tickets, no missing here.
But overall the movie dissapointed.
I would partially blame the hangover of hangover, you should not watch any other movie after watching hangover, it spoils the fun!

But seriously. this part three is not a patch on ICE age 2.
Sure the graphics are amaizing, but some parts of the movie drag, and its pretty slow.
So its a one time watch, but can be missed.

Saw " Hot Fuzz" over the weekend. It is about an exceptionally good cop sent to a peaceful village since he was overshadowing everyone in the city ( London) with his exceptional skills.

How this dedicated cop survives a secret village conspiracy is the rest of the story. It's an Brit movie with a combination of action, comedy and a bit of suspense. It is a decent timepass movie for a sunday afternoon.

2.75/5

P.S: Planning to watch "Dirty Harry" tonight

Terminator 4 Salvation

Was very much disappointed with this flick, sequels are no good these days. Even after 10 sequels down the lane, T2 will be a legend movie.

Transformers 2: Revenge Of The Fallen

The Autobots and Decepticons are back again from where they left off 2 years ago. There are new additions this time as well. You get everything from a transforming R8 to transforming earth movers, dumpers and even bikes. They even have the Chevy Beat in there. Hardcore action and mindblowing CG. The camera work is awesome. It is a bit lengthy at 2 hours 20 min though but not for a Transformers fan. Shia is good and Megan Fox is hot. There is a small RC car transformer whos really adorable.

Must watch especially if you are a Transformers fan. And yes the Camaro still holds its own in this sequel. What a car.

I give it 4/5

I saw it yesterday. Its funny, but if you go in expecting it be howlarious you may be ever so slightly dissapointed, as I was.

Good movie. And verrrrrry adaptable to a hindi slapistick comedy. I am sure someone has already started working on the script !!
