It just did not make a lot of sense and neither were there any real spine chilling moments. Atleast the camera was steadier than other movies like this (Cloverfield for one)
Amazing that even my wife (who is unbelievably timid when it comes to horror movies) watched it all through without flinching too often.

Sorry bro, couldnt catch PA over the weekend as I had a few friends over and then watched the LOTR Trilogy end to end for the nth time

Am gonna watch PA now and see if it freaks me out

Saw Avtar in IMAX 3D. Fantastic imagination and visuals.

Storyline reminded me of several Amitab movies from the 80s where the villan is a builder with political connections and employs goons to flatten the basti. Bacchan is the unemployed son of a blind barber and fights to stop the builder.

Watched "John Q" starring Denzel Washington

It's a story of a father who takes an entire hospital on hostage as they deny his son treatment of heart transplant as his insurance coverage does not cover the same.

Beautiful acting and heart rending execution. As usual, Denzel just rocks !

I agree with you about John Q and Denzel! (although I did not attempt to deter you I said that Paranormal might be better in a theatre than at home) :-)

What a superb movie this was. It's a great movie to understand how political bigwigs twist and turn situations for their personal gain and leave others high and dry.

Superb action, story and fantastic acting by all cast to make an interesting political thriller.

I am surprised i didnt read this book by Tom Clancy. Now i am heading to buy that book.

If you like tom clancy, check out the movie 'The hunt for red october'. It is a nice movie, and again the book is comprehensive. Sean connery excels in the movie.

Avatar 3D - I missed Chhota Chetan in 3D, lol, so saw Avatar as my first 3D movie. Sadly, I slept in first 15 mins of the movie and couldnt figure out why the humans where behind them. Though I liked that USB kinda thing which they attached to horse, birds etc lol

Sherlock Holmes - I liked the movie, very past paced and good to see something based entirely on England.
