i love you, beth cooper

Stars my one of my fav actress, its a feel good movie how the hottest girl of school spends a day with a guy who is mad about her.

A timepass movie.

3/5

Hunt to Kill

Stars Steve Austin (3:16 of wwe). Its an adventure, action movie set in foothills of Northern America. Predictable one time watch for austin.

3/5

Spiderman 1, 2, 3

A must watch movie for Comics fanatic. Loved all three. Don't like Kirsten Dunst.

4.5/5

Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift

One of the best movies of this series. Loved it to core. Superb drifting scenes, superb soundtrack, drool worthy cars and the end with Vin Diesel. Can't really get enough of this movie.

5/5

Have seen all 3. But Spiderman3, in particular had me asking just one question - was the movie made by Ekta Kapoor?

Saw the Bourne Series over the weekend. One of the few series where each movie is better than the previous one. Would rate it 3/5. Such movies are hard to appreciate once you've seen the TV series 24

Watched this movie and was totally blown away.

It's a 198 mins movie and was suprised to see the stellar starcast in this movie

John Candy ( Planes, Trains, Automobiles)
Donald Sutherland
Gary Oldman
Tommy Lee Jones
Kevin Bacon
Jack Lemmon and Walter Matheauu ( Odd Couple stars)
Joe Pesci
Michael Rooker

The way the story is told in detail and how people manipulated this entire incident is worth knowing.

One of Oliver Stone's best. Catch it if you havent.

4.5/5

"Bandidas " Starring Salma Hayek and Penelope Cruze

Story of two girls fighting to save their land from New York bankers who want to usurp it for their bank. Story set in 1849.

Boring movie except for the eye candy

1/5

"Ipcress Files" Starring Michael Caine

This movie is based on the novel with same name by Len Dieghton. I read almost all his novels and is one of the most accomplished spy thriller writer. But, his novels always had me scratching my head as his story telling his very different and you cannot understand his book in one go.

Found the same with movie (1965 release) but, i liked the book better

3/5

P.S : Next in line is " Sum of all fears"

I am a big fan of 24. Till now have seen Season 1 - 6. First five seasons were very good. But 6 is truly bad. I am not able to figure out how a series can go from outstanding to atrocious this way. Stopped watching Season 6 halfway through. Wondering whether to watch Season 7 at all.

Yes, 6 is a bit of a downer. But 7 and 8 are good, so do continue.

+1 . Serious waste of time.

Finally managed to watch the Wall Street (1987). I really like it. Hope the new one lives up to the expectation created by this.

Different strokes for different folks, I guess. I just loved the mindless humor in the movie.

"The Sum of All Fears" Starring Ben Affleck and Morgan Freeman.

I read the book by Tom Clancy and being a book lover, i always find the book version better than the movie version.

This is an intriguing plot of dangerous forces who plan to pit US and Russia into a nuclear war for their personal gain.

What ensues as you can imagine is a run to save the world from the brink of a nuclear war.

Excellent acting by Morgan Freeman and adequately supported by Ben Afflec as the main character of the book ( Jack Ryan).

However, his character is not well thawed out as it was in the book. Still a great watch

4/5

Jack Ryan is played by Alec Baldwin in Hunt for Red October.
Harrison Ford plays the same character in Patriot Games & Clear and Present Danger.

And Chris Pine is slated to play Jack Ryan in the next movie whatever that is.

Out of the lot, i think HF came close to what the author described about him.

The next character i would love to see ONSCREEN :

There's this guy similar to JR series of Tom Clancy from another famous novelist. He is 6ft.4 inch muscular and is an amazing fighter at close range combat and is freshly off the army or is part of Army Police or something like that. He loves to handle a case all alone and is typical lone ranger.

I am unable to recall the name of this character nor the author. Can somone help?

He can be another Jason Bourne and would sizzle on a movie screen.

Also, does anyone know if any movies have been made of another favorite author " David Baldacci"? If no, then i am

The only one I can think of right now is Absolute Power starring Clint Eastwood and Gene Hackman. Like you, I found the novel better than the movie inspite of the starcast.
