It's a telephone pole actually. He stops the call while it's on the way to the bank!

Might sound bizzare, but I have to admit that I place Dulhe Raja a notch above Hera Pheri and Andaz Apna Apna. You can watch it every day and at any time. It's the ultimate stress buster. With this movie, you just sit back and laugh effortlessly! Brainless escapism at it's best!!

A connoisseur had once said that Gunda is what the Dark Knight should have been like.
Nonetheless, the scene-"Mind your surroundings" from 'Batman Begins' sought inspiration from this classic scene from Gunda. Watch the arrangement of cars changing without explanation.

The makers of this movie were visionaries I tell you, way ahead of their time!
And to those who have seen the movie very closely, Lucky Chikna's 'Latakti Khatia concept/prototype' led to this.

The intellectual undercurrents of this movie keep on surfacing.

Re: The Hindi Movies Thread

Just returned after watching 404 The reviews were excellent but the movie was not as good.
Its not a horror movie in the sense that it does not give you the chills but an interesting storyline. The plot was easy to predict but the ending was nice.

All in all, interesting but neither scary nor edge of the seat thriller. 2 stars

I agree its a good and absolutely feel good movie and delhites can especially relate to it. However, IMO, it was way behind Khosla Ka Ghosla.

The other day watched "Ragini MMS" in theatre

It's a heavily Paranormal Activity insipired movie but, was suprisingly quite interesting and not cheesy as I thought it would be.

Movie starts off on a slightly sexual note and converts into a horror fest. Some of the scenes were really scary and made me jump out of my skin.

Its a short ( 90 Mins) movie and except for the last 10-15 minutes which was a bit over the top and done before in horror movies was quite interesting for horror fans.

The new actors did a good job and its not like proper dialogues were written, its how we have conversation in our daily lifes made this movie also different with some choicest abuses

Overall, a notch above the run of the mill horror movies. Lets see how "404" fairs which is on my next watch list.

3.5/5

No one added Jodi No 1, to this list? Dialogues I could not never forget.
