Not a bad movie but somehow the physical abuse shown in the movie to a female didn't go down with me well. It should have been avoided.

Else the movie is interesting. Keeps you wondering how Abhay lands up with 2.5 crore rupees. I like that there are no songs in the movie. Worth a watch.

Delhi Belly - 4 stars.

In One Word, ok two - It ROCKS.

This is like our own version of Hangover type movie, fast and and like a regular day in the life of 3 - 5 characters.But its the most roller coaster day of their lives.

The movie is gross at times, and really annoying sometime - But the gags are downright howlers.

Hear this - The big guy in the movie calls the Santro,(yes, there is a car chase...2 chases).......well back to the Santro - It whats you get when a donkey mates a rickshaw. (this is the sanitized version for T-BHP, I dont want any infraction)

Go watch the Movie, you will laugh your guts out. Enjoy

But the online booking sites don't differentiate between the two so people end up with a hindi show when they wanted to go for an english one

I saw the hindi version and let me tell you its the most outrageous movie since a long long time. Really don't know how the hindi dialogues got through the censors but they did and did I enjoy them or what !

I don't think the hindi version is watered down..maybe a couple of scenes could be cut. Will get to know when I watch the english version.

As been said the dubbing was crap. Movie is at times quiet gross but completely enjoyable with the gags and one liners. Well we already bought tickets for hindi one as wasnt aware about english version also so will see it later. However in the hindi one all the hindi abuses had been used generously and they fit the characters and storyline!
Must watch.

Whats with the dubbing? Even here in Pune, It is the same crap.
I thought it is only with this theater.
Otherwise awesome movie. Just returned from it but the movie is not leaving me. Still Laughing.

Don't really know what to say. If you go in expecting fun and Masala you'll get great big dollops of it! Full of mind numbing action and heavy punch dialogues!

Essentially keep your expectations low and you'll have a great time!

Saw Delhi belly.
Except for the song "chudail", which looked as if it was stuffed into the first convenient spot, VERY taut movie!
saw the "hinglish" version(that itself set the tone, being mentioned like that in the listing)
recommend all watch the "hinglish".
there's no hindi as such that youll need translations, if you know what i mean.
universal hindi terminology only...

Post RDB, this is the best desi production so far.

I saw the Delhi Belly Yesterday! None of the audiences left their seats until Amir's item song was over!

Overall, not a classic but - a good entertaining movie.
