Sorry. My bad. Didn't knew its not released yet.

Websites like indiafm.com had the review up atleast 4 days before. so i thought it must have been released.

I hope it is worth the hype its created.

Just saw Once upon a time in Mumbai, good movie, good acting by both Devgan and Hashmi. Though it is an underworld movie, there is not much violence in the movie. The only major violence is Hashmi's dad spanking him as a kid and grown up!

Devgan is in super duper form.

worth watching.

Enjoy,

K

Once upon a time in Mumbai

Good don v/s Bad don. Seen it umpteen times but the movie looks different because of the 1970's look.

Great acting by all - Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi in top form with both leading ladies doing good too. Music is pleasing - direction competent.

Verdict - 2.5/5
. Worth a watch once.

I wasted money on Once upon a time this weekend.
Found it to be ridiculous.
There is no story. The dialogues are probably written by the same person who writes Ekta Kapoor's soap operas. The acting is miserable - can't blame the actors, they didn't have much to work with.

Sad to see the reviews about OUTM

I am planning to go this evening. I am going just to see Kangana Ranaut as i like her style of acting.

Tidbit of this movie: It seems Ekta spent close to 17 Lakhs on Kangana's wigs for this movie

Ekta also has the habit of promoting her movies/serials via. her own serials.

Badmaash Company:

I for one liked this movie and felt it was good time pass. Story about 3 friends who take the shortcut top success and unlike the movies where they fall in the wrong side of some goon this does not have anything like it.

Good watch but the romantic scenes are not good as the heroine falls easily for the guy and also some comic scenes are predictable.

Ending aint that great but worth a watch if your bored
Music was not great
2.5/5

You will be disappointed with her role as actress of yesteryears like deekipa from oso.

+1. Same Feedback

Saw OUTM last evening and family liked the movie a lot. I found it not too bad.

The cinematography is quite good giving you a feeling of old era. However, the director goofed up when they show "1993 Mumbai". In that year, bell bottoms and polka dots were certainly not there.

Ajay Devgan was superb and his restrained acting is now almost legendary.

Emran Hasmi as a reckless wannabe hooligan was good as well.

I liked Randeep Hooda the best. He got an awesome stare and his voice is resonant and deep. Good acting by him. Wonder why they sterotyped him for gangster movies only. Wish they take him up for other roles too.

Kangana Ranaut started off well but, her acting tapered off in between and she was almost apologetic and Ajay Devgan follower which does not really go well with her rebellish acting aura that she created.

Prachi Desai is cute and just holded her own.

Most of the movie is sans even a background score, felt eerie sometimes and probably makes you feel the movie is longer than it is.

Overall, its not a collectors item but a decent movie and can be watched once.

3/5

Once Upon a time in Mumbai- 3/5. Good one time watch.

Tere Bin Laden - 3.5/5. Nice funny movie.

Khatta meetha- 1.5/5. Pathetic movie with just 2-4 good comedy scenes. Do not waste your time.

OUTM is indeed a good movie. A must watch once. Great acting, good music, superb dialogs complimented by good direction and cinematography.

Much better than Khatta meetha which had me doing

Haven't seen Tere Bin Laden, but will do it asap.
