I dont know how you're dealing with this Duboy, I lost my dog almost 5yrs ago after he was with me for 10 and I still have not had the courage to go and find me a new one.

Rest assured, Don is in Dog Heaven, Duboy. Maybe you should write a small song for him.

My own dog is in his last days...he has been with us for 14 years. He was born in our house. His dad had been with us for 18 years. His brother too lived a good 10 years. We were one big family!

His zest for life is endless. He inspires me in many ways. The memories we share with our dogs are forever. In time, Duboy, you will grow old with a thousand happy dog stories to tell your grandchildren!

Hey Duboy, my heart felt apologies on loss of your pet. Incidently, I too have a German Shephard named Don. He is 9 years old.

Losing a dog is like losing a close family member ... irrepairable loss.

Hey Duboy, God, who loves us all, wanted him as his favourite.
It does pain to loose a beloved pet, yet it teaches us how to love .

I've lost pets in the past, and well it did not stop me from taking on new pets, the pain of a seperation should not stop you from bonding anew. the hours of togetherness are more than the hours spent in grieving. In being together is what love and caring is all about. He was blessed to get your love and care.
