Does speed varies due to size of the vehicle

May sound as an stupid question. Want to get it clarified

A bus and a two wheeler traveling on a highway. Both the odometers were maintained at constant 60 kmph. Will they cover a distance of 25 kms at the same time or there will be a difference due to the size and power of the vehicle

You got that right mate. LOL

This is like asking "Which is heavier, 1Kg of Cotton or 1Kg of Iron?".

The answer is simple, kmph is kmph irrespective of vehicle mass, weight or power, provided both their speedos are accurate. Hehe

They'll both take 25 mins to cover the 25km stretch.

hehe...that is just funny....by the way didnt you mean the speedometers were kept at 60kmph not the odometers because the odometers just measure distance(im km's)..and one cant set them at 60kmph
