Convert 3gpp content to GIF..

Well i have a 3sec vidoe taken from phone cam which is 19kb in size and is a 3gpp content. I wanted to make it my avtaar. So i pmed many people but no one was able to help me out. They told me to download Jasc animation 3 which i have recently done but it doesnot support such content to be animated. ANy one has idea how to do it.?? Please

Thanx Gr8guzzler i will try and lets see what happens. I am pretty determined to make it my avtaar..
