Funny incident with Customer care

Hi,

Was reading about few hilarious incidents with Customer care. Thought of creating a new thread to share the experience of others.

Please post only funny incidents and do not hijack this thread with bad experiences.

Old mail about tech support - it has been in circulation for sometime. But not sure if they are real ones!!!

OK, here's a funny incident I've had with Vodafone Customer care:

I called up, they couldn't help. So I called up again, they couldn't help. Escalated to higher level support. He couldn't help either. Called a few hours later, they couldn't help. Level 2 support escalation, that person couldn't help me either. Tried after a few hours again, they couldn't help. Level 2 support escalation, same thing. Rinse and repeat over 8 times. And I still keep calling them up, hoping that my problem will be solved.

Tongue-in-cheek humor I know, I've started hating these people behind the phones.

Oh!!! It's not so common then. I was wrong is assuming that people do have funny incidents with customer care. They mostly seem to be a pain.

We may need people from call center to share their experiences then.

It'll actually be funny when these so called customer care folks actually show some care and resolve the customer's problems.

Most of the time they are only aggravating the situation. Cell phone companies rate very high on this parameter and its a sense of pride for them (at least something that they rank high on).
