Hmm lotsa things said. All i would say is online forum like ours evolve overa period of time, there are good times & there could bea bad one(by that i mean the quality of posts) .

The only bias which I felt a few times was about the Koreans especially the Hyundai, which I feel isnt fair(although I myself hate the Santro). They being sucha small country are atleast doing something while here in India we have just one manufacturer(Tata) whose all cars were plainly copied from the Mercs.

So while we compare the Hyundais with the European & Japs we must also appreciate that they are atleast worthy of being compared.

Rest like in a community when the overall users knowledge increases the bias too will fade away :-)

Indica is not copied from Merc. Cab design is done by Italdesign studio, I.D.E.A. and engine is based TUD 5 Peugeot.

Correction: The Liana resembles the Indica/go because it was introduced in 2001, 3 years after the Indica. Like the NHC replaced the OHC, the Liana was a replacement for the Baleno.

Hahaha, for once, a Jap company copied an Indian model. LOL

I wonder how people reacted when they saw the City Rover and the Liana parked next to each other.
