What makes you think so ? In fact it seems that guys making serious good points are married arindambasu13 , Jaggu and Vid for example ( my guess I do not know them personally)

Guys I wrote disclaimer I do not know him personally so that was just a guess but the gyan very much looked like from a married guy or someone in serious relationship ( equivalent to being married)

ahhhhh lesson 3: Sense of humor! (safari_lover overtook me) Use it smartly and you can get out of very difficult situations, with some major brownie points

Even some situations where you are absolutely frustrated and are about to confront, pause for a sec, take a deep breath, use your brains like gals do, and then confront with humor.

EDIT: ohey you guys can forget lesson 1 in this thread and start speaking/posting also lol

say a girl is beautiful than just good looking.
get to know her friends and be good to them so that they keep reminding her what a great guy you are!!
be as humble as you can so that she goes"how shweet....."
enquire about her parents and siblings occasionally
tell her that your softest point in life is her!!
and never talk about any other girls more than two sentences at one go!! they dont like it!!
