plain and simple

I like it plain and simple, something which goes with any color clothes.

I have just one regular watch.

Seems like you are a major HMT fan.

Anybody know whether Xylys is still in the market ?.

@Rudra :- I love Nautica. They are HUGE!!!. And for the 15-25K INR price, some of them looks really drool!.

Nice time machine there. It looks like Rolex Daytona!!

@artofzen - Yes xylys is still in the market, had checked on big dial watch couple of weeks back. It was costing 16.5K but did not pick due to budget constraints :-))

No priority courier. This was possibly their festival period offer. Order to delivery in four days through DHL.

I am looking for a watch case, but it is sad to see that no store keeps it.

Found this online and there is an EMI option for HDFC bank card holders. Guys let us know your opinion

Product Description

It costs Rs.1320
EMI option Rs.220 x 6 Months

yes this is a very nice gentlemen's accessory - a watch roll or watch case.

this product is almost identical to the ones sold on-board some sectors on the Kingfisher Airlines flights.

Admittedly it says fine grained leather etc but in all probability it is just basic goat leather with lots of chemical topping and treatment to make it smooth and nice.

All said and done it is a highly useful product which at least allows one to keep ones timepieces in an organized manner, does not occupy too much space in one's closet and doubles up on duty as a good option to carry while travelling.

all in all, the MRP of Rs 1320/- is pretty reasonable according to me.

Since it is not easily available otherwise, picking it up from the Royal Images catalogue is a very good idea.

Indeed, basis your post, I went on to that website and placed an order of for the same watch case for myself just now.

Thanks Shankar, me too ordered the same. I have been searching for a case in almost all stores in Bangalore but could not find any. I even thought of buying a bangle case and modifying it. I have a HDFC card so opted for an EMI option (0% interests)
