Suggestions for Team-BHP from Team-BHPians

Rehaan take a look at the image.

Think of those 4 U's as the front of cars, bad drawing I know, 3am haha

Think of it as 4 cars lined up as Hatch-sedan-SUV-(last can be any super car)

-4 cars voted semi annually by viewer choice

-people coming to the forums can know the most popular cars among our community by simply looking at the banner

I get your point about changing it too often, but 6 months would be a long enough time, no?

Can we now remove the Most common pic on the BHP web site the Red Skoda after this?

Team-BHP stands for the TRUTH. But Skoda wants to “instigate” Team-BHP and its users!

Hi
Irrespective of Current "Stand-off" with Skoda Company , the Fixed Car Logo , currently that of Red Octavia , shud be removed

1. It tends to bore any team-bhpian who frequently visits this website , getting greeted by same Picture

2. Fixed car logo "May" hike self esteem of that car company & may add to their Irrogance towards customers

3. Revolving or .GIF pictures containing various Car models can be opted if feasible

4. Fixed Jpeg images can also be used & changed on Weekly or Fortnightly basis

5. Apart from Cars , Engine ,Transmission or Bike pictures can be displayed

At the moment we are just working on integrating the rotating header to our forum as well.
Exactly how it has always worked here - Team-BHP - The Definitive Indian Car Community - Home (keep hitting refresh on this link).

Maybe at a later date we can incorporate some of your suggestions as well.

IMHO harishv has shown the kind of tenacity and determination that makes me proud of knowing him and being a part of this wonderful forum.

Hi Prajeep,

What exactly is the error message that you are receiving? I just uploaded a test ad with a 400 kb pic and it worked absolutely fine. Try changing the picture format or checking your computer settings.

On the same lines, couldn't the DBhpians get together, nominate a bhpian (any bhpian) for the month, and let him/her choose the photograph they want displayed?
One car doesn't fit all. I'd like to see classics, vintages, old (b&w) pics, supercars, ordinary cars, mediocre... nevermind.

mods, in the classified section how about adding a "rent" part.
I can imagine many may want to rent out their cars when not using them for long periods of time.

I agree in light of the recent threads (no offence to Skoda owners) we need to change that pic which has got really old now.
