Natural - they're more graphics intensive.

I get the Javascript error too on the new silver screen. Happens everytime I open this site in a new browser window. Will capture the screenshot the next time it happens and post it.

I have attached screenshot of error console from mozilla.
Suggestions for Team-BHP from Team-BHPians-javascript_error_tbhp2.jpg

Also, I have attached the source file
ImageShack® - Image Hosting
The source is of the highlighted page on the image.

The error is not at all consistent. Does not happen all the time. But once I find the pattern, I will report. Looks like, when I get the error, it happens for all skins.

Actually, the new skins are a tiny bit faster (less img weight) than the standard blue. A negligible difference.
However, keep in mind that your browser is also loading the header from the portal now - which is might be causing it to appear a little slower.
In addition to that, you have now switched to a new skin which means that your browser is downloading all the new buttons and images - give it some time and it will probably speed up once the browser starts using its cache for the repeated graphic elements.

Greenhorn, we will keep that in mind for when we create another custom skin - in the meanwhile give BHP Silver a shot!

Thanks for the headsup! Our designer has obviously overlooked putting the logo on the printable version. We will have it corrected.

My concern may be out of place, but i feel the Auto Image thread is not being moderated like it used to be!

Only the best stuff could get into that thread, and now its grown to 29 pages!

Yes, we have practically stopped deleting any image from auto-image thread. That is because many members get offended when their images are deleted, despite the clear understanding given in the first post that 90% of images may be deleted. Judging a photograph is very different from deciding a rule violation. It can't be quantified or defended that easily. Frankly, it becomes difficult for us mods to defend every deletion since there are no clear-cut rules for judging an auto-image.

Sorry, missed this post. IE 6.0.2900 on Windows XP SP2
I have switched permanently to Standard Blue. Will try to reproduce the error and post.

Hi

I feel the classified sections have many advertisements but in reality the vehicles are sold. Yesterday we searched for a indigo and on calling the guy he told the vehicle has been sold one month back. I feel sold vehicles should be removed out of the classifieds

+1 the sold items are cluttering up the classifieds. Can they be deleted/archived elsewhere ?

I don't think thats possible until the users themselves volunteer to label the product as sold. Else how would the mods know ?

Thats basic forum etiquette and I'd be disappointed if there are some who don't follow this. The least that a seller can do is mark his product as "sold".

There really is nothing we can do here, is there? It is all upto the person who uploaded the ad.
