Page load errors being faced in the last 12 hours should be resolved now.

Please post here if you still face any errors.

Thanks,

+1 !
We have a few mods using WP phones even and it would be lovely to have a WP T-Bhp app.

Can we have 0-100, Quartermile figures on official Team-bhp test drive reports?

I do not know if this is a correct place to ask this but I couldn't find a Forum Questions and Suggestions section.

I wanted to know if we can view the original post that we received an infraction for.

I would sincerely like to know what is the standard procedure for off topic posts by the moderation team. In the Bollywood stars thread there was a post with an actor running around in a bike in chappals and without helmet. Anyway a debate followed and there were proponents for and against the arguments but now all of a sudden all those posts have been deleted.
My question then is do you delete any posts with of topic content or do you have a metric to judge how offtopic a thread has become. Also if the posts were ok, can I start a thread with this particular topic.
What I found most strange was that we were not discussing some banal topic with no merit and for a forum priding itself on rules and regulations, why was such a topic as road safety not given further patronage.

We could try this if the test drive happens on a track but in most cases we get to drive the car on public streets where testing the 0-100 speed would go against our commitment to safety. Wherever this data is available through a reliable source (including ourselves) we will try and post it.

Yes. If the post is still in public view, you will see a red card icon on the lower right of the infracted post. If the post has been deleted outright, you won't be able to see it but a member may PM or use 'Contact Us' form or start a 1-on-1 discussion in Pitstop (for senior members only) and Support Team will attempt to provide the full context.

Off-topic is absolute. Unless the off-topic posts are particularly interesting or relevant, they are not spun off into another thread and are simply deleted. This is to ensure that the threads stay focused and maintain overall quality.

Please report the post in question with your comments and one of the moderators will look at it. With the number of threads on the forum, it is not physically possible for Support Team to monitor each one of them. Reported posts are or primary input to maintaining quality. Thanks!

Thanks noopster. The post is in public view, although the contents are deleted. Any way I can see the original content?

Re: PICS : Tastefully Modified Cars in India

Why is this thread of Well Modified Cars just confined to India? Why cant good modified cars from foreign land be posted here? A good modified car can provide good ideas to all the those who access this forum worldwide. No social forum bans international content from being posted. On this thread this sort of embargo should be lifted moreso because majority of decently modified cars involve usage of international brands. Exchanging info on good modified cars from international arena will also provide our modifiers and customizers new ideas and they can be implemented over here.

Please do think on this or do what the best is deserved by this post.

thanks

Re: Suggestions for Team-BHP from Team-BHPians

So, I've dual broadband connections from ACT and AIRTEL in Bangalore. I've noticed that I frequently get a "connection reset" error when replying to a thread/topic while connected from Airtel. Have other members in B'lore noticed the same issue?

From Firefox:
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

What's intriguing is that I do *not* get this error when simply browsing TBHP.

Am something of a networking geek and willing to help debug this problem.
