Suggestions for Team-BHP from Team-BHPians

The Team BHP stickers are normally pasted at the back or atmost sides of the cars. My suggestion is if we can have stickers printed in a reverse way as a mirror image, they can be stuck on the front of the cars. This way, the driver on the front can see the sticker the right way from his RVMs. But we may need a bigger size of the sticker so that it is visible. Also, if some fellow BHPian flashes from behind, we know exactly why he is flashing.

Just a suggestion.

Why is the forum watermark not appearing on the lower left corner of the images in this post (Volkswagen Polo : Test Drive & Review)? For images with smaller resolutions, I suppose the watermark is disabled but not really sure of that.

the watermarks are there.

when you preview a post, the watermark doesn't show. only when you post does it show up.

install tapatalk and search for team-bhp. should work afaik.

I had mentioned it earlier too. While uploading a picture give us an option to write caption for images too.

This will help us to write specifics about that image.
It will help while browsing images on the iOS apps
Will give meaning to image
Will help google search the images more effectively.

This may be optional and those who donot wish to give captions may skip, but will help a lot.

Hello everyone. Not everyone might know about the 10th Anniversary Meet by Bangalore BHPians in Kannur. It was a weekend overnight meet and unlike the IT workers, few people have to ROT in office on Saturdays. To get out, i made a sleazy excuse of eating street food and then regretting the decision later on.

Same was done by my colleague who joined me in the meet. Well eventually the story came out when my friends GOOGLED "Surf meets Turf 2014" and saw all the pics publicly available.

I request the Moderators to limit public view able content to general posts. Threads including pics and other personal information might be used without us having any information. Kindly update on the same.

Oops! That's bad. On the restricting access part, I would let the mods respond, but I am interested to know why did your friends google "surf meets turf 2014"? I mean, it's not like they were searching for something else and found out! They searched for the exact phrase! Did you have some kind of stickers on the car?

Well actually we all had the sticker on our cars

You can check those stickers in the meet section.

My colleagues are very Nosy

They started from Team BHP, then saw the Bangalore section and saw few images on google and it all continued. I must say if they gave such dedication to work, they would have been promoted in two days

Well my major concern was as we all know, we cannot block complete access to the forum. But wanted to suggest to restrict the common access to general posts and not the whole website where members share details with confidence among each other.
This is just my opinion and might be useful in the future.

@calypsogt, meet pictures are often circulated by members and Support team doesn't censor these unless they violate any of our guidelines- e.g. someone's personal details like full name, mobile number etc. are divulged without the specific member's consent. Sorry but publishing a picture taken presumably with the members' consent cannot be pulled down since it really doesn't violate any forum guidelines. Perhaps a better way would be not to pose for pics or specifically request the shooters not to publish your pics.
