Thanks for the suggestion, Proxima. We are pretty wary of opening new sections, unless there is some serious potential (Vintage, 4x4 etc.). The problem with a "to be launched cars" section will be limited size and content. For the time being, we feel that the Indian car scene forum sufficiently addresses launch threads.

1) I have noticed that same thread appears twice. I think that in the following case the first time the thread is displayed is for the section title to which it belongs. And second is the sub place where it belongs. Its logical but if improved it would be easier to access.

2) The search facality, though powerful is difficult to use at more than one places. Fog eg. in a long thread I have posted reply and I want to follow on after my reply then if I enter wildcard characters and enter my user name, there are errors.


PS.
1) Image if with reference to point 1.
2) The second suggestion can be as a result of inexperice.
3) I dont know how to add caption to images. Can anyone help ?

I dont know if anyone ever bought this up But here goes.

There have been a couple of great Blogs from our very own Yeti.. I know it sounds weird and probably not even justified but i was wondering if you all agree if our Team-Bhp should have a Link in main Forum Page pointing to Yeti Blogs.

These are great stuff to read and i personally read them over and over when ever i am free..

Anyone could write their blogs in this area and would be published only after a mod approves.. But over time i definately dont think we should not lose Yeti Blogs.. or any other blogs. These are Great reads..

IIRC, the point was brought up earlier, and the response from the mods was quite positive. I guess it should happen in due course. But the suggestion was only for Yeti-Blogs. Not for everyone (that's the distance the Yeti has put between his blogs and those of the rest of us).

Team-BHP is an Indian automotive forum. The forum prides itself on this identity and rightly so.

The idea that I write well is merely a matter of personal opinion for some people and not all of our thousands of members will agree with that opinion. I write for those that like to read what I write.

But regardless of the quality of what I write - good or bad, it is unrelated to the core content of this forum. Hence to have a direct link to a YetiBlog® section does not seem possible. And regardless of what I write about, I am after all a member like any one here and that is the way it will remain.
No member has a section here at his disposal and never will.

I love writing and love the appreciation I get from Team-BHP members. There will one day(not too far away) be a place, somewhere on the internet which will be devoted to the YetiLife. It will have Team-BHP's blessings, but it will not be part of Team-BHP. Team-BHP will live a clear well-defined life as an automotive content forum.

I have been busy. Too busy to complete the blogs I begin and you patiently wait for. It will take some time, but there will be a place you can read things that I write and you can write too - similar topics, many taboo and off-topic for this amazing forum.


It will happen, please be patient. And thank you for your support and love.

I don't know if anyone has brought this up or faced it, but at times, i feel that some of the Garages have rude comments left on them by members.
Can anything be done to delete those or warn the member?
