My date of birth is by mistake entered as 7 july, its actually 11 july.
I realised it when I recieved a mail from t-bhp on 7 july, send in a request to change it that paticular day only through contact us. But it has not been changed yet.

Should I use some other method to contact the admin team?

To make it easier for a visitor to access reference data on cars please consider creating a reference section on the home page which is a combination of pictures and specifications. This can be divided into pre 1950 and post 1950 and host data on cars in India. Concept Carz and Prototype Vehicles is one such awesome reference site. If you can incorporate that into TBHP it would make this a very versatile site. Once a viewer browses through a reference section he/she may then desire to enter the forum for a discussion. But a separate reference section is a must in my opinion given the vast amounts of data resting in posts.

That's OK but don't you think we TBHPians should be unique and we have our designing

I hope there are many TBHPians who are working as webdesigners who can help to build a better site, why do we need to be same as others.

What say guys?????

vbulletin is a robust and versatile forum software. Why re-invent the wheel? What makes TBHP different is us not the software

Exactly. Vbulletin is tried and tested software. The custom thinks are skins etc., Nowadays most websites are build from established software. For example many blogs with totally different content use wordpress, many portals use Drupal or Joomla etc., etc.,

100% i would have spent my time and put my effort in putting up a better website...

without having such feelings i would have never put that sentence on the forum...

Unfortunately i am not into webdesigining and i am into purchasing as my profile reads...

Gowda : Rehaan has spent an insane amount of time developing our custom skins (BHP Silver & Black). Are you using the blue or red skins? The BHP Silver / Black are unique to Team-BHP. Plus, we also have our web portal now .

@ DKG : Fantastic suggestion. We will certainly implement something on similar lines at a later date.

Thanks

I use the standard blue which makes you to keep browsing due to the bright background compared to the dark background for the mentioned above.
