May his soul rest in peace.
God bless the parents and dear ones, the loss is beyond any words.

I can imagine how a father would be feeling, how the brother would be missing, how painful it will be for the mother.

But 2 sons are killed, 2 families have lost their "charm" and the killer should not be let go, he should be punished.

if possible get some reward offered/announced to garage or windscreen sellers who helps in finding the killer driver,
or if a list of sold windscreen in last few days can be arranged, you might be able to narrow down the search.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I lived in Kharghar for couple of years. Palm beach road is infamous for notorious motorists who drag there and drive racklessly at night.
