Monsoon or rain was the very first theme on this thread, no point repeating.

Since the current theme was too easy, we are thinking of a tough theme for August. Water drop will be too easy.

How about long exposures? I don't know if it is already covered earlier. It's not that easy (for me at least ).

F/5 , 1/125 and iso 800. Was shot my sigma 70-300 apo dg macro in macro mode at 214 mm.

Thanks IronH4WK! you are right about the PP, the grain and noise in the picture is deliberate (Photoshop CS2).

The Theme: Wind
Period: August 1st 2010 - August 31st 2010

Wind is obviously transparent, therefore you have to shoot such that the presence of wind is clearly visible. BTW, smoke doesn't count. Don't use smoke or smoke stack to indicate wind.

Example: Here the coconut fronds show the fury of strong wind.
