Price difference in different states

I was reading the autocar's price list for sl500.It showed a difference of 11 Lakhs between mumbai and delhi?.Is it correct?

Even I wonder why the major price difference.
In the case of the really expensive cars, the price difference is in multiples of 10Lakhs in some cases.
