On a trip to Panambur beach in Mangalore on 14th November, I walked right into the sets of a Kannada movie. They were picturising a song sequence, with the hero and heroine frolicking in the waves. I know nothing about Kannada movies and very little about its actors, but one of the onlookers told me that these two were fresh faces.

One small sequence went into multiple takes, and I could capture a few of them in my camera. Posting one take below.

If you are an avid follower of Sandalwood, you may readily recognize which movie it is, or who the actors are. Or some of you may eventually watch this song in a movie and recognize it.

the Kannada film industry witnesses new faces almost every alternate movie.
since it is in crisis producers try cutting costs to maximize profits.
AFAIK both the actors are Newbies.
