Rajiv, situation is like this - in Apr 09, I did the Eastern Himalayas (Sikkim-Bhutan-Arunachal), in Sep 09, I did the Northern Himalayas (Ladakh-HImachal), and now I have the prospect of doing the rest (Uttarakhand-Nepal-Darjeeling) all in a period of 12 months. So, I am pondering over the thought of starting off via Simla-Rohru-Chakrata-Uttarakhand-Nepal-Darjeeling route to complete the circuit. If that happens, Spiti is reserved for another day.
