Registration Nos

Guys

In regards with the registration no of any automobile, be it a car of bike, i have heard that NO 7 is very lucky for the car or bike and its owner. the numerical digits in the last section of registration nos should be 7 or all the digits should add up to seven. for eg when i looked into the history of my cars then three of four of my cars added up to seven.

1. 34 3+4=7
2. 2311 2+3+1+1=7
3. 9880 9+8+8+0=25 2+5=7

may be this is pure luck but this made me thinking about the serial nos in which the regn nos of cars or bikes of bhpains fall. here i m posting a poll in this regards. you can have multiple choices as many ppl have more then 1 car. and also mention if the regn nos add up to 7.

4. indica- 1818
5. pulsar- 1818

well tried to get a fancy number for my zen(new)..was ready to pay even 30grand for 1818..but all fancy numbers were booked so had to settle for ka 04 mb 5718..damn the rto guys for once were not ready to accept a bribe,a pretty hefty one too(30k)..maybe bcoz lokayukta had raided the rto office the previous week..tht must have scared the hell outta them..

I seriously thought providing a fancy number for a fee is a valid practice. I didnt know that 30k is a bribe.

Its been a longtime since I have made any posts on the site. Anyways let me start doing it with this one.

Ikon - 3890
RX 135 - 3890
Zen (2) - 3890
Santro (2) - 3890
Samurai - 9696

The two zens are form different RTO's both in Kerala and the Santro one is from Kerala and the other from Karnataka. This number is very lucky to me so I make sure that I stick to this number as far as possible.

This is an interesting thread .. Mine r as follows --

Eliminator - 1172 =2
Omni - 2246 = 5
Zen - 2089 = 1
Palio - 9052 = 7

Now I realised that the only car that has 7 is bcoz I bought it second hand and the previous owner must have gone for the LUCKY 7 story. The rest are way of .. though personally my lucky number is 13 .

cheers

In fact, regn no. where all the digits add up to 9 is the most preferred number
by large number of people. People shell out hefty amounts for numbers like numbers like 9,99,999,9999.

That's right. 9 is the very lucky number. I don't believe in this. But certainly would love to have some fancy numbers. Likewise 8 is the unlucky number. Even this number would affect the resale value or even the sale itself.

Now this 8 is allocated only to Govt vehicles.

Prev buke - Bullet: DL 3S - X 0998
Prev Car - Zen: DL 4C - Q 0483

Current Car - Getz: UP 14 - Z 0928
