I am not sure how many of you know this one but my vote goes to "DUEL" which incidentally was Steven Spielberg's first full-length film...

Watch it in full 5.1 channel surround sound and you can FEEL the truck thundering past you...

thats my all time favouruite 'Car' movie. He has managed to create good sensible horror with a truck! Really!
