If you are a fan of listing to engines whine and scream then the best movies to watch are Le Mans and Super Speedway. Awesome audio notes from engines.

Best Car movies well it has to be the Fast and Furous series. The first one is definetly my favourite. Finale with Vin diesel drag racing is just too good.

Others that I remember are old american movies. don't quite remember the name though. One was a comedy movie featuring Charlie Sheen who kidnaps a millionaires daughter driving her BMW 3 series. they later run off into Mexico to freedom..

"The fast and the furious" and "cars" (yes the animated one) i have it on high def and its one good watch! The animation is just so perfect and realistic!

5 DRIVEN (2001) Silvester Stallone its about F1 the Indy cars.

6) my fav of all the transporter series.

bad boys 2 had an awesome car chase scene. directed by Micheal bay.
