Street Hawk was never officially released on DVD. The ones available are copies, from TV recordings. You can download all 13 episodes here:

I have to agree with the majority and I think "Gone in 60 Seconds" is one of the best movies related to cars. I have no idea how many times I've seen it. "Fast & Furious 4" is also a brilliant movie, loved it.
